I’ve ordered 5 new shirts at threadless.com again and I’m looking forward to wear em.
It took us 3 weeks more than expected(stupid things like a missing index = up to 140 server-load) but since last week medizin-online.de it’s online. YAY! 
However! Tomorrow we’ll go to Sylt and to be more precise to »List«, relaxing for 3-4 Days at the beach and maybe doing a day trip to Rømø. I really love the northern part of Germany – because that’s where I’m from and »List« is “the northernmost municipality in Germany, located on the North Sea island of Sylt close to Denmark in the district of Nordfriesland in the state of Schleswig-Holstein (wiki)“.
On the way back we’ll visit my family, especially my Grandma, Mom and Cousin, because I haven’t seen them for quite a while. I guess 2 Years for now and plus that: my Dear haven’t seen Hamburg yet! Haha, that’s a lot of things to do in just 5 Days. 3 Cities and approximately 1.000 km by car – but the beach will excuse everything

I’m currently working on the medizin-online.de relounge and that’s a lot of work. Really – believe me Once again I fight my dislike for the IE and hate it how the IE6 displays certain elements but I love the Papyrus we’ve bought yesterday and hope the red pepper, sunflower, wild flower, herbs and snowflakes will grow nicely. To bad I have to do so much computer related work atm, that the wonderfull sun outside will shine without my physically presence. That’s why I have good music (RA.092 Derek Plaslaiko) on my headphones (AKG K81DJ) and lots of sweets on my desk.
I also feel very comfortable in my new cargo pants (carhartt) and white addidas superstars (v2) …
However – it is Wendsday and I should continue to work on the site mentioned above. The sun IS still shining! ^^

An dem Niedriglohn profitiert nur der Unternehmer, der lediglich eine Existentz darstellt, hingegen seine Angestellten nur überleben und mehrere Individuen darstellen. – Niedriglöhner sind keine Kaufkraft, leben am Rande der Armutsgrenze und sind somit unzufrieden. Unzufriedene Arbeitnehmer arbeiten schlechter und unprofitabler als Zufriedene, denn die Motivation zu arbeiten beschränkt sich lediglich auf das Nötigste. Des Weiteren haben Menschen die am Existenzminimum leben oftmals soziale und wirtschaftliche Probleme, die auf die finanziell instabile Situation zurückzuführen sind (der Dumpinglohn). Menschen mit Problemen arbeiten unkonzentriert, da Sie die Probleme mit auf den Arbeitsplatz nehmen und mit der allgemeinen Unzufriedenheit das Arbeitsklima nachträglich verschlechtern.
Die Rechnung ist eigentlich recht Simple: Wenn Arbeitsplätze wegen eines gesetzlichen Mindestlohnes abgebaut werden müssen, dann ist das richtig und wichtig, da die Zufriedenheit der verbleibenen Arbeitnehmer steigt und somit auch deren Motivation (wenn Ihr Arbeitsplatz dann als gesichert gilt). Wenn die Motivation steigt, so auch die Produktivität und Qualität des Produktes, bzw der Dienstleistung und ist somit profitabel für Alle. Die Arbeitnehmer haben dann eine höher Kauftkraft und können sich wieder Produkte oder Dienstleitungen leisten, so das in anderen Branchen Bedarf an Personal entsteht, da die Nachfrage steigt. Diese würde man nachhaltige Politik nennen, denn:
Zufriedene Arbeitnehmer, die auch Eltern sind, geben dies an Ihre Kinder weiter. Kinder mit Perspektiven, Glaube an eine individuelle Zukunft und finanziellem Rückhalt der Eltern, sichern unter anderem das Rentensystem, denn Sie werden keine Angst haben Kinder in die Welt zu setzen und wirken somit der alternden Bevölkerung entgegen.
Was ist daran schwer zu verstehen?
I had to update WP, because someone managed to exploit a security hole in my blog. I guess it was the draft exploit – but I am not sure. Also I’ve decided to use the open_base_dir restrictions, because the guys who tryed to hack my/our server, tryed to install a ftp server and if I’m right, then the kids call them self “Caffeine’s Heaven”. I did that ways back in the days too – and luckily I’ve discovered it in time. Also I’ve moved to a subdomain and added some rewriting rules for my blog (301).
